Ingredients:
2 eggs
pinches of salt and pepper
4 slices sturdy white bread
2 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ pound thick sliced baked ham
½ ounce, weight shredded gruyere cheese

2 tbs butter
Preparation:
Beat eggs in a shallow dish with a bit salt and pepper.
Gather sandwiches, with mustard, mayonnaise, ham, cheddar, salt and pepper to individual inclination. Somewhat pack sandwich.
Over medium warmth melt spread in skillet.
Dunk and layer every sandwich in beaten egg, and place in skillet. Cook sandwiches 2-3 minutes on every side, until cooked to enjoying and cheddar has liquefied.
