Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Sandwich

Ingredients:

     1 pound cooked chicken breast
    1/2 cup  red onion
    1/2 cup apple
    2/3 cup grapes
    1/3 cup  cranberries
    1/4 cup  almonds
    1/2 cup  Greek yogurt
    1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Preparation:

In a huge dish, join chicken, red onion, apple, grapes, dried cranberries or currants, cut almonds, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt and pepper, to taste.

Serve sandwiches on ciabatta bread with chicken mixture.
