Ingredients:
1 Tbs Butter
1 whole Medium Onion
4 slices Bacon,
2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
Several Dashes Hot Sauce
2 slices Sandwich Bread
3 whole Hard Boiled Eggs
Salt And Pepper, to taste
2 slices Cheese
Preparation:
Melt the spread in a skillet over medium-low warmth and cook the onions low and moderate for around 20 minutes, mixing regularly. Uproot them to a spot when they're profound brilliant cocoa and delicate.
Sear the bacon in the same skillet until somewhat fresh.
Join the mayonnaise and the hot sauce and mix.
Sprinkle the cut eggs liberally with salt and pepper.
To collect, spread one side of every bit of bread with the zesty mayo. Manufacture the sandwich anyway you wish: eggs, bacon, cheddar, onions, more eggs, more cheddar. Spread one side of the collected sandwich with diminished margarine and put it spread side down on an iron or skillet over medium-low warmth. Spread the top side with margarine, then keep barbecuing the sandwich until the bread is brilliant and marginally fresh and the filling is warm/cheddar is liquefied.
